Electronic Estimating Services

Electronic estimating. We use B.E.S.T. 7.5 (Bluebook Estimating Software Technology). Since 1964, the Bluebook has been the staple publication for the insurance, cleaning, construction, reconstruction, repair, disaster and service industries. The Bluebook is known in the insurance industry for creating highly reliable cost estimates for residential and light commercial structures.

Digital pictures. We provide crisp, quality digital photos either directly into our estimate or as attachments to e-mail. We can print pictures on a photo printer and send them by ICS courier if requested or we can provide 35mm pictures on request.

E-mail. We use e-mail daily for claims reporting, sending digital photos, sending estimates, etc.
